Returns accepted with 14 days. This means you must request return for RMA within 14 days, else your request will be dismissed.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may send it back. All items must be returned within 14 days from date delivered in new, unused condition, with no signs of use or wear. All returns must include the item(s), return label, and packing slip. If any of these items are missing, the processing time will be severely delayed.

We recommend trying on shoes on a carpeted/soft surface to prevent any scuffs or scratches in case you decide to return. For all other accessories not limited to swimsuits/lingerie, jewelry, beauty products and tools, please note we do not accept returns. Please note that final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Alero Collections reserves the right to reject (and not return) items and disbar individuals that do not adhere to this return policy.

All VIP orders over $89, shipped to an address within the contiguous United States qualify for free standard ground shipping. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories) is charged at an additional $14.95.

Alero Collections customers enjoy free ground shipping on orders of $89 or more, not including shipping costs and taxes, within the contiguous United States. For all orders totaling under $89, a flat-rate shipping charge of $4.99 will be applied. Delivery is estimated from 14-22 business days (excluding processing).

Express shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States:

For your convenience, we also offer Express shipping delivery, which costs $27.95 per order. Estimated shipping time is 1-2 business days. We make every effort to ship all Express Pink orders placed before 11:00 a.m. (EST), Monday through Friday, on the same day. All Express Pink orders placed after 11:00 a.m. (EST), Monday through Friday, will be shipped out on the next business day. Occasionally, there may be delays due to peak shipping periods or promotions, but promise to try our best to get your orders out as soon as possible!

International shipping:

International orders are charged at an additional $17.95 per order, and the estimated shipping time is and additional 6-11 business days. No duties will be charged. We currently do not offer express or ground shipping on orders delivered to internationally.
