When can I start my subscription?
You may join the subscription at anytime. New subscribers are automatically assigned their assortment a specific month to when the subscriber joined. Those that join after the 19th of the month will not receive the assortment for the month that the subscriber joined. The subscriber will wait until the following due assortment rollout. The subscriber will be notified by email of their assortment via email.
When will I receive my subscription assortment?
Assortments are every month on rotation during the mid-to-end dates of the month. Eg. Typically between the 15th-27th of the month, depending on your locality.
Why didn’t I receive my subscription the same month I joined?
Inventory is important in the Alero Collections subscription model. It is coordinated by assigning subscribers their assortment according to the date the subscriber joined. Please understand the model is built to flow on a condensed schedule. This is to ensure all subscribers receive their packages at the same to maintain the surprise!

When am I charged the subscription?
This depends on when you joined. A subscribers should expect to have been charged by the 19th of the month if there has been no action to pause/cancel between the 15th-19th of the month.
Is there any perks of being a subscriber?
Plenty of perks! Subscribers may not instantly receive their assortment but do get information on products, offers, rewards and deals. Subscribers become contributors to the site and there are opportunities to get involved in promotional activities.

Do you offer rewards?
Yes! When you join Alero Collections subscription plan, you're enrolled for receiving rewards for every month you purchase a subscription. This is known as “Style rewards.” Use it towards your purchases in the Alero Collections store on any item including sales. Collect enough to receive freebies. You earn 30 Style rewards every subscribed month. 30 points = $1 off your shopping. You need to accumulate 150 Style Point to redeem towards a store purchase. Excludes the use on subscription plans.
Will my Alero Collections style rewards ever expire?
Style rewards are deleted 12 months after it becomes available, upon cancellation of your account and/or termination of your Alero Collections subscription.
Can a subscription be Paused/Canceled?
A subscription can be paused or canceled by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org between the 15th-19th of each month. This option is available 24hrs/7 days a week. You must clearly state the required action in the subject field, plus confirm your subscription ID and full name in the main text field. This is very important to accurately identify your subscription.
Please allow 24-48hrs to confirm the action to your request during the specified timeframe.
Please note subscribers requesting this action are affected by dates. Please note you can only pause/cancel your subscription between the 15th and 19th of each month. Pausing or canceling after these dates means you are entitled to receive the subscription assortment and will be charged the subscription fee.
Pause means you will not receive the assortment for the month paused, the subscription plan will resume the following month onwards.
Cancel means the subscription will completely stop. No more a subscriber and no access to perks, rewards, offers or deals and your profile is cleared. No further action necessary. You may still receive marketing and promotion information from time to time afterwards.
Please allow 1-3 days processing on all orders after you've received confirmation of your order. Following this, you shall receive the tracking number and an estimated delivery for your order. All orders are shipped out standard delivery unless specified as international. The delivery service for both Standard and International shipping is slow, but we do reassure you that you will be updated on your order every step of the way and that you will receive your order. We appreciate your understanding!
All domestic orders over $89, shipped to an address within the contiguous United States qualify for free standard ground shipping. Excludes orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories.
International orders are charged at an additional $20.00 per order.

For all orders, please be advised that your items may be packaged and delivered separately.
Will there be any delays with shipping and returns?
Our third-party shipping partners are adapting to challenges through distribution channels so you may experience a delay in receiving your order. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but rest assured you will receive your assortment or order!
Are packages safe to receive?
With reference to the CDC there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods. Generally, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures.
