Returns accepted with 14 days. This means you must request return for RMA within 14 days, else your request will be dismissed.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may send it back. All items must be returned within 14 days from date delivered in new, unused condition, with no signs of use or wear. All returns must include the item(s), return label, and packing slip. If any of these items are missing, the processing time will be severely delayed.
We recommend trying on shoes on a carpeted/soft surface to prevent any scuffs or scratches in case you decide to return. For all other accessories not limited to swimsuits/lingerie, jewelry, beauty products and tools, please note we do not accept returns. Please note that final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
