All returns must include the item(s), return label, and packing slip. If any of these items are missing, the processing time will be severely delayed.

All VIP orders over $89, shipped to an address within the contiguous United States qualify for free standard ground shipping. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories) is charged at an additional $14.95.
